Alchemy People has over 3 decades of experience at working at Board/ C-Suite/ leadership level. We have worked with large, mid-cap and small organisations across many business types: public, private, family and not-for-profit organisations.

Our founder, Daire Farnon, is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of inspiring and guiding teams to achieve strategic business outcomes and drive transformational change. With extensive expertise in thought-leadership, employee value propositions and enhancing employer brands, Daire specialises in creating high impact HR functions and fostering unique organisational cultures that prioritise employee engagement. She has successfully managed transitions and complex change initiatives across strategic and operational levels in diverse sectors, including: gaming, fashion, property, professional services, FMCG, distribution, hospitality, not for profit, IT and financial services - both nationaly and internationally.
Working with internal client stakeholders we customise our work and use a number of recognised assessment tools (including MBTI, Strengthscope, GC index) which enhance the level of individual and team understanding and change the tone, pace and nature of leadership teams and how they work together to get things done and their impact.
